Cubi Hands: Kids App Lock

THREE STEPS

1. Make a profile: pick the apps your child may open, set the time.
2. Tap "Start & hand over" — a big countdown appears for your child to see.
3. When time's up, every app locks behind a friendly screen: "Time's up — please hand the phone back". Only your Face ID or PIN reopens it.

KID MODE — lend your phone to your child • Your child opens the apps you picked; other apps are shielded by iOS itself • No deleting apps, no installing new ones, no in-app purchases • The clock is locked, so timers can't be cheated • Gentle warnings at 5 minutes and 1 minute — fewer tears at the end

COMPLETE PRIVACY Cubi Hands is built entirely on Apple's Screen Time technology. No account, no server, no data collection. We cannot even tell which apps you picked — Apple keeps that selection private, even from us.

PAY ONCE, KEEP FOREVER Free includes the full Kid Mode session, the Device Shield, your child's own-device rules, and one child profile. Pro adds unlimited profiles, Guest Mode, the widget / Action Button / Control Center / Siri shortcuts, a custom time's-up message, and session history. Pro is a single one-time purchase — no subscription, no monthly fee, and Family Sharing is included.

HONEST WITH YOU • If someone knows your iPhone passcode, any protection app can be undone — keep your passcode private. • Phone calls always work, even in Kid Mode. That is deliberate, for safety. • iOS does not let any app fake a power-off. When time is up, Cubi Hands locks every app behind a friendly screen instead. • iOS shields the apps outside your list, but a few Apple system apps can stay reachable on some versions — we say so instead of promising "blocks everything".

Requires iOS 17 or later and Screen Time permission, which Apple asks for once during setup.
