HOW IT WORKS

• Choose exactly which apps or categories to lock — Games, Social, Entertainment, or any apps you pick
• Tap Lock to restrict your selected apps
• Tap Unlock and choose any duration from 1 to 120 minutes
• Apps are automatically restricted again when time is up
• Protected by a PIN only you know
• Use Face ID as backup if you forget your PIN

CYCLE MODE Automatically alternate between screen time and focus locks — no willpower needed. Choose your own intervals or use a preset (20/10, 30/10, 45/15).

WHAT STAYS AVAILABLE System apps like Phone, Messages, Clock, and Maps are never affected, no matter which apps you choose to lock.
