Focus continues on Lock Screen
Focus continues on Lock Screen
Lock-Focus is a Pomodoro-style focus timer that weaves focus and rest into one routine, helping you make each day more meaningful. It is built to carry you beyond a quick “let me focus for a bit”—through today’s goals, weekly rhythm, and your full record of progress.
Focus in the timer, routine in the plan
Lock-Focus runs on three modes: Focus, Short Break, and Long Break. On the home screen, you can see your current session and remaining time at a glance, and build your own session plan by arranging focus and break blocks in any order you like. You can set separate durations for focus, short breaks, and long breaks in Settings, and use the plan editor to design today’s workflow in advance—then follow it step by step.
In Focus Mode, a large timer keeps pause, resume, and mode changes front and center. When a session ends, the next step flows naturally without breaking your rhythm.
Focus that continues on the Lock Screen
At the heart of Lock-Focus is Live Activity. While the timer runs, you can check remaining time on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island, and pause or resume from there. Even without opening the app, you always know whether you are focusing or on a break—so your flow stays intact. You can turn Live Activity on or off in Settings.
Today’s goal and weekly summary
The home screen shows your daily focus goal. Track progress against your target for the day and change the goal whenever you need. A weekly focus summary gives you a quick view of each day’s pattern; open the Report tab for deeper analysis.
Your focus patterns in Report
The Report tab lets you review your history by day, week, or month. Hourly charts, weekly trends, and a monthly calendar help you see when you focus best. KPIs break down time and session counts for focus, short breaks, and long breaks—useful for reflecting on your rhythm and planning the week or month ahead.
Export your records
Under Export Data in Settings, you can save focus history as CSV or generate a monthly report PDF. CSV export supports recent 7, 30, or 90 days, or all time; PDF export lets you pick year and month—handy for personal logs and reviews.
Settings for a better focus environment
Turn on Focus Shield to reduce distractions during a focus session—for example, by tidying notifications while the focus timer runs. You can also adjust confirmation when changing timer modes, Live Activity, and language (Korean, English, Chinese, Japanese, German, and more). Options to reset statistics, sessions, presets, or all data are available when you need a fresh start.
iPhone and iPad
Lock-Focus supports both iPhone and iPad. On iPad, Timer, Report, and Settings share a consistent dark UI, with layouts that expand to use the larger screen. (Sync between iPhone and iPad via iCloud is planned for a future update.)
Privacy and data
Focus records are stored on your device; core features run on local data on your phone or tablet. If you need help, use Contact in Settings.
