Core journaling and raw notebook notes are free and useful. Match Phone, Black & White, White & Black, Forest, and Blush themes are also free. Talking Stage Plus is optional and unlocks extra personalization and reflection tools, including premium themes, custom labels, emotion-based reflection packs, deeper pattern insights, your personal recap, data export, app lock, and future reminders.
