My Therapy Space – Journal

My Therapy Space is a private journal for therapy, mood tracking, and reflection between sessions.

Designed for life between therapy appointments, it helps you capture thoughts, prepare for sessions, reflect afterwards, and notice emotional patterns over time — all in one calm, private space.

Whether you’re currently in therapy, starting a journaling habit, or simply want a more supportive way to understand your mental health, My Therapy Space gives you structure without pressure.

THERAPY JOURNALING MADE SIMPLE

Write freely whenever something comes up, or use guided reflection templates when you’re not sure where to start.

Use your journal to: • Capture thoughts and emotions • Reflect on therapy sessions • Track patterns over time • Record questions for your therapist • Save insights you want to remember • Build a gentle journaling habit

GUIDED REFLECTION TEMPLATES

Sometimes a blank page can feel overwhelming. My Therapy Space includes gentle prompts to help you reflect with more clarity.

Use templates for: • Gratitude reflection • Worry release • Small wins • Energy check-ins • Self-compassion • Free flow journaling

MOOD TRACKING

Check in with your mood and keep your emotional patterns connected to your journal entries.

Over time, you can build a clearer picture of how you’ve been feeling and what may be affecting your wellbeing.

THERAPY SESSION PLANNING

Therapy doesn’t stop when the session ends. My Therapy Space helps you stay organised before and after appointments.

You can: • Log upcoming therapy sessions • Prepare what you want to talk about • Save questions for your therapist • Reflect after each session • Keep therapy notes in one place

Create your own personal toolbox using techniques, grounding exercises, reminders, and coping tools you’ve learned in therapy.

Keep helpful strategies close by so you can return to them whenever you need support.
