Sleep Memo is an app that keeps your log entirely on your device for keeping a simple record of your nightly sleep. Just tap in the time you went to bed and the time you woke up, and your sleep duration is calculated automatically. Add a quality rating (1-5) and a short note to look back on your own rhythm.
