Hum: Daily Wellbeing

Hum is a wellbeing app for work, built so that your employer cannot see you.

Most wellbeing apps offered through work ask you to trust a privacy policy. Hum is built so the question doesn't arise: the dashboard your employer sees is incapable of showing one person. Teams smaller than ten are never measured at all, and your written reflections never leave your phone.

What you actually do each day takes about fifteen minutes. A 30-second check-in — one question, five ways to answer. Then three short practices chosen for how the day feels, from a library of fourteen we wrote ourselves across five families: Stilling, Noticing, Doing, Reframing and Connecting. Run it as one guided flow, or tap a single practice on its own.

There is deliberately no game here. No streak to break, no score to beat, nothing that turns a hard week into a failure. Wellbeing at work is not a competition, and Hum is built like it isn't one.

Private by design. Wellbeing data is sensitive, so Hum keeps the least it can, stores it in the UK, and lets you export or delete all of it at any time. Where an employer offers Hum, they see anonymous group trends for large teams only — never anything that can be traced to you.
