Calibrate is the client app for CALIBRATE, an online 1-on-1 fitness-coaching service. Anyone can apply — in the app or at calibrate.gvnfit.online — and once enrolled, your coach delivers your entire programme here.

TRAINING Your coach-written workout plan, set by set. Log as you lift; your coach sees your progress the same day.

NUTRITION Your personalised meal plan with full macros. Log food by search, barcode scan, or by photographing your meal. Leave a note on any meal and your coach sees it against the plan they wrote.

CHECK-INS & PROGRESS Weekly or daily check-ins with photos, weight and measurement history, and a progress timeline your coach reviews with you.

SESSIONS & MESSAGES Book 1-on-1 sessions, track your session credits, and message your coach directly.
