APPLE WATCH Start a session on your phone and it mirrors to your wrist, phase by phase, with your live heart rate. Tap anywhere on the watch to log a contraction with your eyes closed. Your session heart-rate trace and your dive-reflex low point are tracked over time.

PROGRESS YOU CAN READ Personal bests, CO₂ tolerance (time to first contraction), heart-rate response and lung capacity, all charted clearly and simple to scrub through. Log a spirometry reading to see your vital capacity change over time.

BUILT AROUND SAFETY Breath-hold training carries real risk. ApneaStudio cautions you before holds that run long relative to your personal best, runs a post-session check-in for how you feel and frames streaks on consistency rather than pushing you harder. It is a training tool, not a safety device.

TRAIN SAFELY Never train breath holds in or near water without a trained buddy who can rescue you. We strongly recommend a current freediving certification.

It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
