If that's too soft, switch the mission off and it's a clean block — taking an app off your list is then the only way back in. Either way you can limit the whole thing to a daily window, and you pick the hours and the days.

WAKE UP HOW YOU LIKE Choose your alarm tone, ease into it with a gentle fade instead of a blast, or wake to a playlist from your own Apple Music. Fall asleep to rain, noise or a focus bed with a sleep timer.
