Choose the brain capacity you have today. When capacity is low, Unload can reduce choices, surface one gentle next action and keep optional organisation out of the way. When you feel sharp, it can bring forward harder, more rewarding work. Shape planning around shifts, care, school runs, fragmented time or the focused hour you have after the children are in bed.

Raw audio is not saved by Unload. Core capture and planning are non-smart by default and work without an AI key. If you enable bring-your-own-key (BYOK) smart help, model usage is paid through your own provider account; every suggestion stays editable before it is saved.
