SERVICE REQUESTS Submit maintenance and service requests directly from your unit. Choose from categories including pest control, plumbing, electrical, cleaning, and general maintenance. Attach up to five photos or a video to help your management team understand the issue. Track the status of every request in real time — from submission through to resolution — and receive a push notification the moment there's an update.

BUILDING NOTICES Stay informed about what's happening in your building. Management can send notices directly to all residents — maintenance schedules, facility closures, renovation works, community updates, and more. Notices arrive as push notifications and are stored in your inbox, with important alerts pinned at the top so you never miss what matters.

REAL-TIME COMMUNICATION No more chasing the management office. Every service request has a built-in message thread where your management team can post updates and you can add follow-up comments. A live status tracker shows exactly where your request stands — Open, In Progress, Resolved, or Closed.

SIMPLE REGISTRATION Sign up with your unit number, select your building, and wait for management approval. Once approved, you're in. Your account is tied to your unit — one account per unit, keeping everything clean and organised.

PRIVATE AND SECURE Your data stays within your building. NovaUnit is built on a multi-tenant architecture — residents of one building never see data from another. All communications are encrypted and your information is never shared or sold.

BUILT FOR RESIDENTS, BACKED BY MANAGEMENT NovaUnit works hand in hand with your building's management team. While you use the resident app, your MCST or managing agent uses a dedicated web portal to respond to requests, post announcements, approve new residents, and monitor building activity — all in real time.
