The apps you choose are already shut when your alarm goes off. To open them you spin the wheel, and it hands you an exercise and a number. You do it, your phone counts it, and your apps come back for the day. Move first. Scroll later.

Why It Works The first few minutes after your alarm set the tone for the whole day. Ante puts a small amount of movement where the doomscroll goes, so you start awake instead of numb.

How It Works

• You pick the apps. Ante shuts them every morning, before you are awake enough to argue
• You do not pick the exercise. The wheel does, and most mornings are light
• Your camera counts the reps, so nothing counts unless you actually move
• Every morning you answer builds a streak
• A bad day is covered by a Pass, and Passes are earned by showing up, never bought

Private by Design No account and no sign-up. Ante never learns which apps it is locking: iOS hands it opaque tokens, not names. The camera runs only while it is counting, and the video is analysed on your iPhone, never recorded and never uploaded.
