DoomIt: Earn Screen Time

Instagram isn't going anywhere. Your sleep is. Start with 15 mins a day — earn extra scrolling time with deep sleep and 20 camera-counted squats.

Other apps block your phone. This one does too — but it lets you earn the time first.

You start with a small daily budget. Everything beyond that, you earn. Two ways to do it.

THE NIGHT Set a night window, say 10 PM to 7 AM. Inside it, the apps you picked are closed. Every hour the phone stays down is worth a few minutes the next morning. Not all-or-nothing: reach for it at 3 AM and you only lose the hours after that — not the whole night.

THE BODY Push-ups, squats, plank, steps. Every exercise credits minutes right away. Want to scroll now? Do the push-ups now. The camera counts along — entirely on your device. No image is stored, none is ever sent.

THE STREAK Clear both daily challenges in a day and the streak lives on. It's the only thing that carries past midnight — after five days held, you collect the minutes. A joker saves it across exactly one missed day.

THE RATE IS FIXED What a night hour pays and what an exercise is worth is built in. An exchange rate you can adjust yourself isn't one.

YOUR HISTORY For every day it shows what you earned and what you spent. Every minute has an origin.
