PushUp Unlock adds a healthy pause before distracting apps open. Choose the apps you want to limit, complete a push-up set, and earn a set amount of access time for only the app you chose.

HOW IT WORKS • Select individual apps to limit with Screen Time • Set a push-up goal and unlock duration for each app • Open a restricted app and tap Start • Tap the local notification to return to PushUp Unlock • Complete your set with on-device pose tracking • The selected app unlocks for the time you earned, then locks again automatically
