Instrument: Meditation Timer

Instrument is a tool for people who already know how to meditate and want less guidance.

Set a timer for five, ten, or fifteen minutes, choose a theme, decide how many nudges you want, and then flip your phone face down to begin.

Each session starts with a short opener and then... mostly silence. A singing bowl marks the end of each session.

Speech is generated entirely on your phone. Nothing is recorded or uploaded, and no account or network connection is required.

There are no courses, streaks, subscriptions, ads, or tracking.
