Fitness and wellness insights
Quorum turns the health and fitness data your iPhone and Apple Watch already collect into insights you can actually trust — insights that wait until the evidence is strong enough to matter.
Most health apps are built to alarm you. A single rough night gets sold back to you as a notification, and after enough false alarms you stop paying attention to the ones that count. Quorum takes the opposite approach, inspired by quorum sensing in biology: individual signals stay quiet until enough of them agree, over enough time, to clear the bar for noise. Only then does Quorum say something.
At the center of the app is Axiom, an AI agent that reasons about your data out loud. Instead of a single opaque score, Axiom scans your recent findings, investigates the ones that stand out most, grounds every health claim in retrieved research rather than memory, asks you for context it can't infer on its own (travel, illness, a new medication), and then synthesizes what it checked, what it found, and what remains unexplained.
Every metric Quorum tracks — heart rate variability, sleep, activity, respiratory and nutrition signals, and more — runs through well-established statistical methods (robust outlier detection, non-parametric trend tests, seasonal decomposition, and correlation analysis with multiple-comparison correction), and only once each method's own data requirements are genuinely met. When they're not, Quorum says so plainly instead of guessing.
Axiom's claims are backed by a library of thousands of individually cited claims drawn from published research, and it's built with hard limits: it will not cite a paper from memory, it will not diagnose you, it will not dress up a data pattern as settled science, and it cannot access anyone else's data, change your settings, or message anyone on your behalf.
Your data is treated accordingly: it's stored with no public-facing database endpoint, kept out of crash and performance telemetry, deleted for real (not just hidden) when you ask.
Quorum doesn't need years of history to be useful — a well-covered recent month is usually enough to start finding real signal. If you want a health app that tells you the truth, including "not yet," Quorum is built for that.
Quorum is a general wellness and fitness app. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and it is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making any medical decision, and seek immediate medical attention for urgent symptoms.
