WAYS TO STAY FOCUSED

• Manual — start and stop with a tap. Simple, for when a nudge is enough. • Walk to Unlock — the session ends only after you walk a step goal. Get up and move before you scroll. • NFC card — end a session by tapping a physical Getime card. If the card's in another room, so is the temptation. • Schedules — block automatically at the times you choose, on the days you choose. • Focus Filter — start a block the moment you turn on an iOS Focus like Work or Sleep.

SEE YOUR PROGRESS

• Activity rings, a four-week heatmap, and weekly insights show your focus over time. • Streaks reward the days you show up. • A Live Activity and Dynamic Island keep the current session a glance away.

BUILT TO HOLD

• Strict Mode stops you from deleting Getime or installing new apps mid-session. • Take one scheduled break when you've earned it, then the session resumes. • An Emergency exit is always available for the times life genuinely gets in the way — used sparingly, it's there when you need it.

• No account, no sign-in. • No analytics, no tracking, no ads. • No data leaves your device — Getime works fully offline.

Getime uses Apple's Screen Time (Family Controls) to shield the apps and websites you pick, only during sessions you start. You choose everything with Apple's own app picker, so Getime never sees which apps you selected.

An optional physical Getime NFC card is available for those who want the strongest commitment — the app is completely free to use without it.
