ON YOUR WRIST • Double-tap to start a hang — no fiddling with the screen. • Motion detection stops the timer automatically when you come off the board. • A countdown gets you set; optional haptic pacing cues help you keep time. • See your live heart rate during a hang — shown in the app only, never written to the Health app. • Open Timer or Target mode: set a goal and celebrate when you reach it.

ON YOUR iPHONE • Every hang syncs automatically from the watch. • Dashboard: streaks, lifetime time on the board, and your best per grip. • A full history of every session.
