ROSTERS YOU CONFIRM RATHER THAN BUILD The AI drafts a proposed assignment for every shift from your team's qualifications, availability and stated preferences. You review it, adjust by drag-and-drop and approve. An afternoon of planning becomes a quarter of an hour.

APPLICATIONS RANKED, NOT SCROLLED Incoming applications are scored automatically against the role, the required qualifications and previous assignments. The profiles that fit the posting surface first, even when several thousand people apply to a single event.

EVENT-DAY OVERSIGHT Who has clocked in, which shift is short-handed, where someone hasn't shown: status updates live on your phone. You intervene while walking the site instead of from a laptop in the production office.

COMPLIANCE THAT FLAGS ITSELF Expiring certifications, gaps in accreditation and working-time limits surface before they become a problem. Digital accreditation is built in, including ZVÜ compliance for events held in Germany.

PAYROLL WITHOUT RE-KEYING Captured hours are prepared for payroll with premiums and surcharges applied, then exported to DATEV or Stotax. No retyped timesheets, no queries two weeks after the event.

YOUR CREW ON SITE Staff and volunteers apply in under a minute, accept or decline shift offers, clock in by QR code even with no signal on site, and check their own hours. Queries are raised on the time entry itself rather than in a WhatsApp group.
