Use Today and Upcoming to choose what deserves attention now. See your tasks beside the calendar events already shaping the day. Taskss reads and writes your device calendar on iPhone and iPad, alongside Google Calendar, so one agenda covers everything.

NOTES AND IDEAS

Write and format rich notes, colour them, resize the cards, drag them into the order you want, and organise them into folders. Attach supporting files and link related information so context stays close to the task, event or project that needs it.

HABIT TRACKER

Track the routines that support your goals, add reminders, and watch a streak build. Return after a missed day without turning one imperfect week into failure.

PRIVATE JOURNAL AND DIARY

What you write in an entry, and the photos and files you attach to it, are encrypted on your device using a key derived from your passphrase. Taskss does not receive or store that passphrase, so it cannot read or recover your writing for you. You can also lock the whole module behind Face ID or Touch ID.

SEARCH, FILTERS AND TEMPLATES

Search across everything you have written. Save the filters you use often and run them in a tap. Build templates for the checklists you repeat, so a recurring piece of work sets itself up.

WORKS OFFLINE

Taskss keeps your planning data on your device. Add and edit tasks, calendar events, notes and habits with no connection at all. Queued changes sync when you are online again, and Settings shows plainly whether everything is up to date or needs attention.

GUIDED FROM THE FIRST RUN

A guided tour walks you through each part of the app at your own pace, and you can replay it any time from Settings. An in-app FAQ answers the common questions without sending you to a website, and you can send feedback straight from the app.

DESIGNED FOR YOUR APPLE DEVICES

Use Taskss on iPhone, iPad and Mac, with thoughtful layouts for each screen size. Sign in with Apple is supported. On iPhone and iPad, Taskss can offer your tasks, projects, events, habits and notes to Spotlight so you can find them from the home screen. Titles are indexed, and a note's text as well, so searching a phrase you wrote finds it. The index stays on your device, notes in a locked folder are left out, and you can switch the whole thing off.

PRIVACY WITHOUT AN ADVERTISING BUSINESS MODEL

Taskss includes no advertising SDK, does not sell your personal data and does not track you across other apps or websites. Precise location is read only when you explicitly ask to use your current location.

Taskss Supporter is an optional auto-renewing subscription, billed monthly or annually. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends; manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings.
