drnk: Drink Water, Unlock Apps

Your apps are locked until you drink. Point the camera, take a few real sips, and earn your screen time back. Build a streak your body actually feels.

drnk locks the apps that drain you until you drink water.

Not a reminder. Not a checkbox you tap and forget. To unlock Instagram, TikTok, or whatever keeps you scrolling, you point your camera and actually drink. drnk watches the sip, counts the seconds, and pays you in screen time.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Pick the apps drnk should guard. You choose them in Apple's own private picker, and drnk never learns which apps you picked, only how many.
2. Drink on camera. A recording runs up to 20 seconds. A few real sips is all it takes.
3. Get your time. Every second of verified drinking becomes minutes of screen time in your pool.
4. Run dry, and the guarded apps lock again until you drink.

YOUR POOL

Screen time you earn goes into a pool that drains in real time, even when drnk is closed. Watch it as water: full and blue, or nearly gone. The pool holds up to two hours, so you can't bank a whole weekend in one sitting.

YOU SET THE EXCHANGE

Choose what a second of drinking is worth: 4 minutes to ease in, 3 to commit, or 2 if you want your phone to work hard for its water. Change it whenever you like.

A GOAL SIZED TO YOU

Your daily goal is built from your body and how much you already drink, not a flat number pulled from nowhere. Somewhere between 30 and 150 seconds a day, adjustable anytime.

STREAKS THAT SURVIVE REAL LIFE

Hit your goal, keep your streak. Miss a day and a streak freeze can save it; you decide the next morning whether to spend one. Locked out with no time to drink? An emergency pass buys you 30 minutes. You start with two of each, hold up to three, and earn one more of each for a perfect week.

DEEP WATER HOURS

Flip on the nightly lockdown and your guarded apps rest overnight, no unlocks, no exceptions. Set the window to whatever your sleep actually looks like.

REAL BLOCKING

drnk uses Apple's Screen Time framework, so the block holds at the system level; closing drnk doesn't get you around it. Your app choices stay private to your device by design; iOS never tells us which apps they are.

PRIVACY

The camera only runs while you're recording a drink. A few low-resolution frames are checked to confirm a real sip, then discarded — never stored, never used to train anything. No video, no audio, no continuous stream. Full policy at drnk.pro/privacy.

SUBSCRIPTION

drnk Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, offered monthly or annually. A free trial is available to new subscribers on the annual plan. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings.
