Keep your weekly workouts on track with a private league of friends. ProofLeague turns a fitness goal into a simple accountability loop:

• Create an invite-only league and choose a weekly goal. • Tap Start Workout when you begin. • Give league members 30 minutes to request a workout selfie. • If someone asks, capture a fresh in-app selfie before the deadline. • Chat privately with your league using text, photos, replies, reactions, and @ mentions. • Keep going after the weekly goal when your league allows extra workouts. • Follow weekly progress, approved selfies, and league activity in one place.

PRIVATE LEAGUE CHAT

League chat stays with the league. Send a message or optional camera/library photo, reply to a teammate, add an emoji reaction, or type @ to mention another member. Choose alerts for all messages, mentions and replies only, or mute chat. Unread badges and notification links help you catch up. Messages, images, reactions, and read state are available only to current members of that invite-only league—there is no public chat directory or cross-league visibility.

SELFIES STAY PRIVATE

Workout selfies are visible only to current members of the relevant league. There is no public discovery or public selfie feed. Selfies are captured live in the app using the front camera by default or the rear camera when selected; they cannot be chosen from your photo library. ProofLeague does not use face recognition or biometric identity verification.

STAY IN CONTROL

Choose workout and chat notifications, delete your own message or comment, report a selfie, comment, chat message, or member, block unwanted interactions, leave a league, or delete your account and uploaded photos from Settings under your profile.

ProofLeague is an accountability service, not gambling. It has no stakes, odds, cash, or prizes. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical or fitness advice.
