Pulse Checks is a private iOS app for staying close to the people — and group chats — that matter, without a social feed or an account. You keep a personal board of relationships. Each one has a pulse that stays strong when you check in and fades when you drift. Inside a daily window you choose, the app sends gentle Pulse Check notifications (whispers) with actions to wave, open Messages with your own words or on-device inspiration, or mark yourself caught up.
