Built on mutual consent and dignity: • They decide exactly what to share — activity, heart rate, sleep — and can pause or stop anytime. • Your widget stays blank until someone you've invited chooses to share back, so it's never one-sided. • A gentle tap-back lets you say "glad you slept" without starting a big conversation.

Pulse Plus is an auto-renewable subscription (US$4.99 per month) that lets you watch up to 5 loved ones, with gentle history trends and nudge and quiet-hours tuning. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings.
