MYOMESH Notes Solo is a focused, private clinical-note workspace for allied-health practitioners.

MYOMESH Notes gives you two ways to work:

Create and sign structured SOAP notes, use quick phrases, add a body chart when useful, and export clean PDFs for your records. Notes Solo works without an account. Your notes remain on your device with no unwanted synchronization.

The free Notes Solo experience includes up to 50 signed notes per calendar month.

CONNECT TO MYOMESH.COM

Already use MYOMESH? Select Website Account to securely sign in to your myomesh.com account and access your connected MYOMESH practitioner workspace from the app.

Your Notes Solo records remain separate from your connected website account. Choosing the connected experience does not automatically upload your Notes Solo records.

Unlimited Notes Create unlimited signed notes in Notes Solo. AI features are not included.

MYOMIND AI Includes MYOMIND AI tools and up to 50 signed notes per calendar month. MYOMIND AI includes up to 200 AI drafts per calendar month, including up to 160 MYOMIND Scribe drafts.

Complete Includes unlimited signed notes and all MYOMIND AI features.

MYOMIND AI is designed for professional review and never replaces clinical judgment. It can turn a signed note into editable drafts for:

• MYOMIND Scribe — organize typed or dictated session information into an editable SOAP draft • Session Wrap — create a clear draft summary of a signed note • Exercise Considerations — draft ideas for professional review • Homework Drafts and Home-Care Handouts — create plain-language client material to review before sharing • Chart Considerations — organize observations from your note • Client Progress Review — draft a structured progress summary • Safety Considerations — surface prompts for independent professional review, never a clearance

Every MYOMIND result is a draft. Review, edit, and sign it yourself. MYOMIND does not diagnose, prescribe, recommend treatment, or confirm safety. Do not use it for emergencies.

Only the note you choose is sent to create an AI draft, and nothing is retained by MYOMIND. Your original notes, signed PDFs, and AI PDFs remain available in your on-device document library.

Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Prices and any eligible offers are displayed by Apple before purchase. Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled through your Apple account settings.
