GutTrack is a private health journal for people living with Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis — built to make daily symptom tracking fast enough to actually stick with, and clear enough to bring straight to your next GI appointment.

Log a bowel movement, a symptom flare, or a meal in a few taps. GutTrack quietly converts what you log into a clinical-style score (based on the Bristol Stool Scale and a partial Mayo-style index) so you can see at a glance — green, amber, red — whether things are trending toward a flare, without having to interpret the numbers yourself.
