Most weather apps show you one forecast and never tell you whether it was right. Weather for Dads does the opposite.

We pull five independent forecasts for your exact spot: the Met Office, Apple, Norway's YR, Germany's DWD and Tomorrow.io. We blend them by each source's proven track record at each time horizon. Then we keep score in public: every day we check what each forecast said against what actually happened, and publish the results. When a source goes off the boil, the blend leans away from it automatically.

THE DAD VERDICTS No decoding weather symbols. The forecast becomes plain answers to the questions that matter: is it BBQ weather? Can I mow? Beer in the garden? Dog walk without a soaking? Yes now, later today, or not today.

BOOTS ON THE GROUND Real dads report what's actually happening in their gardens. Rain reported upwind of you becomes a heads-up before it arrives, and every report is scored against the forecasts, making the app more honest for everyone.
