Built for contact centres running Amazon Connect, Connect Phone signs agents in with their existing Connect login and a one-time workspace code from your administrator.

Connect Phone is a companion app for organisations that already use Amazon Connect. Your administrator configures it through the ProUCX onboarding portal; agents install, enter their workspace code once, and sign in.
