HOW IT WORKS

1. Choose the apps to block. Tempo keeps them locked.
2. Work out like you normally do (Apple Watch, Strava, the gym…). Tempo reads your workouts from Apple Health.
3. Open Tempo: your minutes are credited to a single balance. "Workout counted, +28 min."
4. While that balance is positive, all your apps unlock at once — nothing to set up app by app.
5. The time ticks down as you use them; at zero, iOS re-locks everything automatically.
