PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your memos are encrypted on this device before they are backed up, under a key Jot never receives - we cannot read them. Asking a question is the one exception, and the app says so plainly: the memos needed for an answer are sent to the AI model that writes it. No third-party analytics.

IN ANY LANGUAGE Write, speak and ask in whatever language you think in. A memo you saved in one language is still found when you ask in another.
