Features & Capabilities

LOG EVERY SET Add exercises, log your sets, weights, reps, and notes as you train. Search the exercise library or add your own lifts. Your active workout stays on your lock screen, and you get a summary when you finish.

KNOW YOUR PLATES The plate loader shows exactly which plates go on the bar for any target weight, in kilos or pounds. No more doing math between sets with a barbell waiting.

SHARE YOUR WORKOUTS Save any session as a template, then send it to a friend as a link. They open it in Alkeo and train it themselves. Pin the templates you use most and reorder them.

STOP GUESSING YOUR WEIGHTS Enter one set you have already done, the weight, the reps, and how hard it felt, and the RPE calculator tells you what to load for any other rep count and target effort. Know you can hit a triple at a certain weight? It will tell you what to use for 5 reps at RPE 8, along with your estimated one rep max and the percentages behind it.

FITS HOW YOU TRAIN Work in kilos or pounds, keep your own exercise list, and set your focus and experience level. Everything syncs to your account.

I used to powerlift for years in my early 20’s and my coaches used to program me via Google Sheets. Long story short, I stopped powerlifting in this second half of my 20’s and I’ve just been gymming casually without really tracking any of my workouts on anything. I’ve been taking the gym pretty seriously gain to compliment my current Marathon training and I stumbled upon this app, Alkeo. If I’m being honest, it’s very easy to use, track, and build your workouts which are layed out in a calendar format. I’m a super big fan of the UI as well! You can access your old workouts and toggle a history log to see what you did the previous week! It’s a very well developed app and it’s very addicting to log your workouts and see the progression of your lifts! I’m excited to see how they further develop this app! Hoping for integration of bio metrics such as HR, strain, recovery score, and etc. . . Perhaps running and GPS as well?

Really enjoying Alkeo so far. It’s a great tool for tracking my workout and progress. The RPE tool is one of my favorite features, it gives me a better idea of how my sets are actually going and helps me make more informed decisions about the weight and reps I should use.
