Coptic Leader was designed and written inside the Sunday School Ministry at St. Mark Coptic Orthodox Church of Washington, DC — by the people who were unhappily running it on spreadsheets, group chats and memory. This app replaces all three.

Coordinators see the whole ministry. Servants see their classes and kids. Nothing falls through the cracks.

LESSONS Assign each Sunday to a servant. They submit a plan and slides; the coordinator reviews, approves or asks for changes — with the whole exchange kept on the lesson. Guest speaker coming? Record that they've confirmed and know the topic. Party or event instead? Name an organizer and collect a plan and location the same way.

KIDS Class rosters with allergies pinned at the top, parent contacts, birthdays, photo permissions and notes — and a full history of their attendance and outreach.

ATTENDANCE Easily record servant and kids' attendance for Sunday school, Friday night activities, events and servants' meetings. Servants also receive notifications to remind them to take attendance.

OUTREACH Log every call, text and in-person visit. See at a glance which children haven't been reached, and which servants are keeping up with their visits, month by month.

RIDES Plot where the children live on a map, build efficient driving routes, and see instantly which kids still have no ride. Coordinators keep tabs on all servants picking up kids and their driving routes.

CHAT Class threads, ministry-wide announcements, polls, photos and files — so the ministry stops living in iMessage, WhatsApp and GroupMe.
