Bright Doctor is the companion app for verified practitioners on the Bright Health platform. Run your day from one place, see who booked you, answer patient messages, accept incoming consultations, and keep your profile up to date.

• Verified specialty list. During onboarding, pick your specialty from the platform's accepted list. Your profile is tied to your medical license so patients know they're talking to a real practitioner.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY

Patient data is confidential. Messages and consultation notes are encrypted in transit and stored on Google Firebase and our secured backend. Voice and video calls are peer-to-peer routed through ZEGOCLOUD and are never recorded. Access is restricted to practitioners assigned to each patient.

PERMISSIONS

• Camera / microphone: used only during a voice or video consultation. • Notifications: for incoming chat messages, call invitations, and appointment reminders. • Photos: so you can attach images to a patient chat or update your profile picture.
