WHAT YOU CAN DO IN THIS APP

• Book an appointment. Browse doctors by specialty, see their availability, and confirm in a few taps.

• Chat with a doctor. Send messages, photos, and follow-up questions your doctor gets an instant notification and replies right back.

• Voice and video consultations. Start a secure 1:1 call with your doctor. Calls work even when the app is closed, with a familiar incoming-call screen.

• Find care nearby. Locate partner labs and pharmacies on a map, see opening hours, and get turn-by-turn directions.

• Instant consultations. When you need help right now, request an on-demand consultation with the next available doctor.

• Water-intake reminders. Set your daily target, get gentle reminders, and watch your hydration stats improve week by week.

• Medical records in your pocket. See your past appointments, prescriptions, and lab results whenever you need them.

• Multiple payment options. Pay securely with card or your local mobile-money service.

PRIVACY AND SAFETY

Your conversations with doctors, your consultation notes, and your personal information are encrypted in transit and stored on Google Firebase and our secured backend. Voice and video calls are peer-to-peer routed through ZEGOCLOUD and are never recorded. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

WHO IT'S FOR

Bright Patient is designed for adults seeking convenient primary care, follow-up consultations, and general health tracking. It is not a substitute for emergency services — if you think you are in a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.

PERMISSIONS

• Camera / microphone: used only during a voice or video consultation you start. • Location: used only while you are viewing the map of nearby labs or pharmacies. • Notifications : for incoming chat messages, call invitations, and appointment reminders. • Photos: so you can attach images to a chat or update your profile picture.
