Cadence is a simple, private weekly time tracker for the goals you keep meaning to make time for : sport, learning a language, a side hustle, deep work — but that slip away in a normal week of office work and TV.

Set a weekly hour target for each thing that matters. Press start when you begin, stop when you finish, and watch your hours add up toward your goal. That bit of visible progress is a hit of motivation — for your own good.

SIMPLE BY DESIGN • Add up to 6 tasks, each with a weekly hour target. • Tap a task, press Start. Press Stop when you're done. • A live timer shows your current session down to the second.

SEE YOUR WEEK AT A GLANCE • Overall weekly completion across all your tasks. • A progress ring and bar for every task. • Per-task and per-day breakdowns in Stats. • Browse previous weeks — your history is kept for reference.

RIGHT ON YOUR LOCK SCREEN While a task runs, a live timer appears on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island — check your elapsed time at a glance without unlocking. It shows only while you're tracking.

FORGOT TO STOP? NO PROBLEM Got distracted and left the timer running? Open Stats → Session History and adjust the session to the actual time. The current week stays editable; past weeks lock as a clean record.
