Warmer is a daily word game where you guess by meaning. Type any word and it gets a rank: #1 is the secret, #2,370 is a long way off. The closer your guess, the hotter the whole screen burns, from deep indigo cold through blues and teals to red heat as you close in.

The number tells you exactly. The color makes you feel it.

HOW IT WORKS

• One word a day, the same for everyone.
• Every guess is ranked by how close its meaning is to the secret word. Spelling and letters play no part.
• Each new best guess shifts the atmosphere and raises the temperature.
• Stuck? Use up to three hints a day. A hint plays as a guess, so use them wisely.
