The Line is a free peer support and wellness app for public safety professionals — 911 dispatchers, telecommunicators, fire, EMS, and law enforcement. It was built by people who have worked the job, with Gold Line Support.

REACH A PEER, ANONYMOUSLY Talk with a trained peer supporter who has done this work. You choose a nickname. Your name and email are never shown to them, and your agency cannot see your activity. Reach out about a call that stuck with you, or about anything else.

CHECK IN WITH YOURSELF Mood, stress and sleep in under a minute. Over time you can see how you have actually been — not how you remember being. Connect Apple Health and your check-ins sit alongside your real sleep and activity, which shows patterns neither would reveal alone.

WELLNESS THAT FITS SHIFT WORK Write your own wellness plan around the schedule you actually work, not one built for someone with predictable hours. Grounding tools for when you need to reset between calls.

FINANCIAL WELLNESS Talk with a financial advisor about the things this career makes complicated — irregular income, overtime you are counting on, pensions and shift differentials.
