This app includes on-duty tools, proactive wellness resources (Mental Health, Physical Health, Nutrition, Stress, Sleep, and Spiritual resources), connections to vetted healthcare providers across the state and 24/7 access to local Peer Support and Chaplains along with access to national 24/7 resources as well.
