eatlete is the companion app for working with your personal trainer: you train, eat and track — and your coach follows your progress and stays in touch in chat.

WORKOUTS • Home — video circuits: play the exercises back to back and log your rounds and reps. • Gym — structured training days: log every set, rep and weight. • Smart progression — the app raises your targets (reps, time, weight) as you consistently hit your plan. • Workout history, and resume a session right where you left off. • Outdoor workouts with GPS distance and pace.

NUTRITION • A food diary with a barcode scanner and a database of millions of products. • A personal daily calorie goal computed from your profile and activity. • Clear day totals: calories, protein, fat and carbs.

PROGRESS • Body weight and measurements with charts. • Steps and activity synced from Apple Health. • Completed workouts are written back to Apple Health, so your rings stay in sync.

YOUR COACH, IN REACH • Chat with your trainer: text, voice messages, photos and video notes. • Share your workout card to your gallery or straight to chat.
