Reten is the field app for fire-protection (PCI) maintenance technicians. Inspect equipment, attach photos, capture the client's signature and generate the official maintenance report under Spain's RD 513/2017 (RIPCI) on the spot, from your iPhone or iPad. • Scan each piece of equipment by QR — extinguishers, hose reels (BIE), detection, alarms, emergency lighting. Each QR identifies the equipment and its history. • Checklist driven by RIPCI Annex II, with the correct periodicity (quarterly, biannual, annual) per equipment type. • Mark each item as OK or defect and add geotagged photos. • Capture the client's signature on screen, on-site. • Generate the maintenance report as a PDF instantly, ready to hand over.

The work happens in basements, garages and warehouses with no signal. Reten works 100% offline: everything is recorded locally and syncs on its own once you are back online. Your reports are never lost.

SUBSCRIPTION

Reten is offered as a subscription (monthly or annual) with a trial period. The subscription grants full access to creating inspections, generating reports and cloud sync. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
