WalkRound is an offline-first inspection and reporting app for site managers, MEP consultants, building-services engineers, clerks of works, contractors and construction professionals. No account is required, and project information is stored locally on your device unless you choose to export or share it.

PREPARE

Review the visit type, attendees, plans, open Actions, RFIs, checks and witnessing items before you start. Open project records carry forward between visits, so you can close completed items and keep unresolved work visible.

CAPTURE

Take photographs or add existing images, record Category, Level and Location, add notes, and annotate evidence with pens, arrows, rectangles, circles or text. Use the built-in wording banks, save your own reusable phrases, or dictate editable text using your device.

TRACK

Raise Actions and RFIs from photographs or inspection records. Record owners, priorities, status, due dates, responses, update notes and supporting photographs. Pin photographs, Actions, RFIs and checks to uploaded floor plans.

REPORT

Review the visit and generate a professional multi-page PDF report on your device. Export a formatted Excel Action Register, CSV data, a complete ZIP project pack, or a JSON backup for local recovery and transfer.
