Runwalk: Run & Walk Together

Follow your own routes, train with friends, and count each run or walk toward a selected Fan Run's distance leaderboard.

Runwalk brings running and walking tracking, routes, and workouts with friends together in one place.

TRACK EVERY RUN AND WALK • See distance, time, average pace, cadence, calories, and heart rate. • Keep moving with Auto-Pause, voice cues, target-cadence beat sounds, and haptics. • Check your workout in Live Activities on the Lock Screen or in the Runwalk app on Apple Watch.

RECORDS AND ACTIVITY MAP • Compare walking and running stats by week, month, year, or all time. • See your routes and roads popular with the Runwalk community on the Activity Map. • Import workouts saved to the Apple Health app by apps such as Nike Run Club and Strava.

ROUTES AND PERSONAL BESTS • Save routes you use often as your courses. • Race your current effort against your best time on a course. • Build a new course by choosing points on the map.

MOVE WITH FRIENDS • See friends’ recent activities and create a room for a workout. • Exercise together with invitations, a synced countdown, location sharing, and optional live voice.

FAN RUN • Join multiple Fan Runs and run or walk with fellow fans of your favorite artists. • Add a completed activity to one selected Fan Run and view monthly and all-time distance rankings. • If your favorite artist does not have a Fan Run, start one through a private 3 km Launch Challenge.

LEVELS AND RUNNING TIERS • Track your level from your total activity distance. • See your running tier based on your 10 km time.

Use Korean, English, Japanese, or Vietnamese inside the app and change languages anytime in Settings.
