How it works: • Browse this week's real NYC lines, or request one you want covered. • Pick your time window and see the price before you book. • Your StandIn joins the line and sends updates as it moves. • When your spot's near the front, you get the word. Walk up, swap in, done. You only pay once a StandIn is actually holding your place. If we can't cover a request, we tell you straight — and you're never charged. StandIns are real New Yorkers: met in person, ID-checked, and trial-shifted before they ever hold a spot. We never cut. One person out, one person in, well before the front.
