YOUR VESSEL WORKSHOP See open repairs and parts that need restocking together. Give a repair a target date and notes. When the work is done, record the service and deduct the spare you used in one save. Completed repairs remain in your records.

SPARES WHERE YOU CAN FIND THEM Keep part numbers, equipment names, storage locations, stock counts and photos. Set a minimum quantity and filter the items that need restocking. Search by name, part number, equipment or location.

CHECKLISTS THAT FIT YOUR BOAT Create and reorder your own checklist items, then work through a saved run. Each run keeps its own checklist snapshot, so later template changes do not rewrite your history. Built-in departure and seasonal checklists remain available too.

MAINTENANCE, HOURS AND TRIPS Plan recurring work by engine hours or calendar months. Record service dates, costs, parts and notes. Keep meter readings and trips with crew, conditions, distance and duration. Use the recorded history for maintenance forecasts and next-trip fuel estimates.

FUEL AND OWNERSHIP COSTS Record fuel fills and expenses such as docking, insurance and storage. Review seasonal totals and category breakdowns. Fuel planning estimates use the readings you have recorded; they are not navigation or safety calculations.

DOCUMENT THE WORK Create a printable Service History PDF with boat details, service notes, maintenance, repair and inventory information, plus checklist history. Export expenses as CSV for a spreadsheet. PDFs use white pages and readable typography.

FREE PREVIEW AND PRO New free users can keep one boat, up to two log records, and one built-in checklist run. Pro opens additional records and boats, repair planning, spare-parts inventory, custom checklists, recurring maintenance creation, maintenance forecasts, fuel planning, season cost snapshots, PDF reports and expense CSV export. Existing records remain available when Pro ends. Eligible existing installations keep their previous free allowance.

Choose monthly, yearly or a one-time Lifetime purchase. The App Store shows the local price before confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled; manage or cancel them in your App Store account settings. Lifetime does not renew.

Records are stored locally. Private iCloud synchronization depends on your Apple Account, network and iCloud settings. No separate HullBook account is required. Support messages are sent only when you submit the form and include diagnostic information.
