TapOkie Work

TapOkie Work is for workers on a TapOkie team. Start and end visit sessions, extend timers, and use SOS. Your manager monitors everything on the TapOkie dashboard.

TapOkie Work is the worker app for organisations using TapOkie. It is not a standalone personal safety app - your employer must set up your team on the TapOkie manager dashboard before you can sign in.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Your manager adds you on the TapOkie dashboard
2. You receive login details by email
3. Download TapOkie Work and sign in
4. Tap Start Visit when you arrive somewhere alone
5. Tap End Visit when you leave - or extend if you need more time
6. Your manager is alerted if a session is missed or SOS is triggered

WHAT YOU CAN DO • Start and end timed visit sessions • Extend a session if a job runs longer than expected • One-tap SOS for emergencies • Confirm you are safe if prompted • View your recent session history • Receive notifications about your active sessions

WHAT YOUR MANAGER SEES (DASHBOARD - NOT IN THIS APP) • Live team status board • Missed check-out and SOS alerts • Escalation to managers • Audit-ready reports and exports

Managers sign up and manage teams at dashboard.tapokie.com. Workers use this app only.

REQUIREMENTS • An active TapOkie organisation account (set up by your manager) • Internet connection to start and end sessions • Location permission while using the app (used when starting a session or triggering SOS) • Notification permission (recommended)

SIMPLE BY DESIGN No training manual. Start visit, end visit, SOS if needed. Your manager handles the rest from the dashboard.
