AppFlow for Teams is the staff app for businesses that run on AppFlow. It puts the whole working day in your pocket: today's bookings, your shift timer, your run sheet and every client, under four simple tabs.

Open the app and your day is already laid out. The home dashboard shows today's bookings in order, who is with a client right now, and where there is a free chair, bay or station to fit someone in.

Your shift lives on the same screen. Tap clock in when you start and a live timer runs while you work, so you always know how long you have been on. Tap clock out when you finish and the time is saved straight to your timesheet.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

Home dashboard: today's bookings, who is in service and what is free, at a glance.

Clock in and out: a live shift timer on the home screen, with every shift saved to your timesheet.

Day calendar: your run sheet for the day, each booking showing the time, the service and the customer. Tap any booking for the full detail before they arrive.

Customer lookup: search anyone by name and open their profile and history in a couple of taps, so you are across them before they walk in.

Your profile hub: your timesheets, the team you work with, who else is on shift right now, and your settings.

ON THE ROAD AND ON THE FLOOR

For jobs where you travel to the customer, work the booking through On my way, Start and Complete. The customer follows a live tracking page with a map and an arrival estimate, so nobody is left guessing where you are. Your location is only shared while a job is active and stops the moment you tap Complete.

For work at your venue, the Live Floor shows every chair, bay or station in one colour-coded view, so the whole team can see what is free and what is busy.

SIGN IN YOUR WAY

Sign in with your email and password, or have a one-time code emailed to you. Handy on a new phone or when a password slips your mind.

AppFlow for Teams works with an AppFlow business account. Your manager sets you up, and the app shows you your day and your bookings when you sign in.
