How Far/Much adds up the workouts you're already recording.

Apple Health knows every run, ride, swim and walk you've done. How Far/Much turns them into four numbers worth caring about:

• How Far — total distance
• How Long — total time
• How Much — total energy burned
• How Many — total workouts

Pick a period — today, this week, this month, this year, or everything you've ever recorded — and see the total broken down by activity. Tap any activity to filter it in or out and watch the numbers move.

NO DOUBLE COUNTING

If your iPhone and Apple Watch (or 3rd party app) both recorded the same run, most apps count it twice. How Far/Much spots the duplicates and counts the session once. You can see exactly which workouts were matched, and widen the net to catch a third-party tracker running alongside your watch.

FRIENDS, WITHOUT THE LEADERBOARD PRESSURE

Add friends by handle and compare your totals over any period. Send a Respect when someone's put the work in, or a Whoop when they've earned it.

Your totals reach your friends on their own — finish a workout and it goes out without you opening the app.

Friends only ever see totals. Never individual workouts, never times, never routes, never a map of where you ran. Activity types you've hidden stay hidden from them too. Pause sharing whenever you like, or delete your account and everything in it.
