Optavo Timesheets

Optavo is the mobile companion to the Optavo workforce management platform, built for construction teams who need to track time, manage safety compliance, and stay connected on site.

Optavo is used by companies already subscribed to the Optavo platform. Accounts are created by your company administrator — there is no public sign-up within the app.

Clock In / Clock Out Complete your pre-start safety checklist, then clock in and out to accurately track your working hours on site. Works offline when signal is limited, and automatically syncs once you're back online.

Timesheets View your timesheets by status — draft, pending, approved, rejected, or queried. Search and filter by site or date, sign and submit your hours daily or weekly, and easily update any timesheet that's been queried by your manager.

Approvals (for Site Managers) Site managers can review pending timesheets, and approve, reject, or query entries with comments and a digital signature.

Machines & Sites Browse machines and equipment assigned to your site, check maintenance status and certification records, and report defects with photos.

Toolbox Talks Complete required safety training through video or document-based toolbox talks, with your progress saved automatically.

Team Chat Message your team directly within the app — send text, photos, videos, and voice messages, with real-time delivery and read status.
