One tap to reach you Add your name and number and a large "Call Sarah" button sits at the top of the clock — the first thing on the screen. One tap starts the call. No contacts list to scroll, no number to remember, nothing to get lost in. Choose FaceTime, FaceTime audio or an ordinary phone call. Test it during setup so you know it works before you need it.

A message from you, always on screen Add a reassuring line only you can change — "Sarah is coming Thursday. You are safe, we love you" — so a familiar voice is there even when you can't be.

Reminders that ring, then let it rest Set the day's reminders — tablets, meals, a visitor. When one is due it appears clearly and a gentle alarm rings, resting and trying again a few times rather than sounding all day.
